Check payment status first. Avoid paying again until you confirm the earlier transaction status. Contact support if it does not update.

Look at your booking confirmation. If you cannot find it, contact support using the email or phone number entered during booking.
How do I change booking details?
Use the Contact Support form and include your booking number. Changes depend on the organiser's current policy.
Is booking confirmation the same as payment confirmation?
No. Booking status and payment status are shown separately. Keep both details for reference.
