Cancellation and refunds

Refund eligibility, cancellation deadlines and processing times must be confirmed by the event organiser before payments are accepted. This page is a general notice and does not promise a refund in every situation.

Payment issues

If payment was deducted but the booking still shows pending, do not immediately repeat the payment. Contact support with your booking number and transaction reference; never share OTPs or card PINs.
